I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist with over 14 years experience. I run an established Reiki/Reflexology business in the Scunthorpe and Doncaster areas. I hold sessions at my home in Belton and for those people who are unable to travel to me, I also work as a mobile therapist within the local area. My Reflexology sessions include a unique combination of Lymph Drainage, Acupressure and Reiki. I am just as happy to offer one off relaxation sessions as a complete course of treatment. If the latter is advised, progress is regularly assessed and appropriate adaptations are made, as and when necessary. Some clients have been with me since I first set up practice nearly 11 years ago. I think this may well be largely due to the fact that I genuinely care about the people I work with and I will always try and help and support as much as I can. REFLEXOLOGY is a gentle therapy where the reflex areas of the feet are massaged using a variety of pressure techniques. This stimulates the bodies own healing mechanisms and is excellent for promoting relaxation, releasing tension, improving sleep patterns and mood as well as increasing well being. As a result, Reflexology can be a beneficial support to those experiencing or recovering from illness. REIKI complements and enhances all other therapies. It is a gentle healing technique where I hold the space for healing energy to come through. This involves either gentle touch or holding my hands above and around the fully clothed body, particularly over the energy centres or Chakra's. Many people find that Reiki can bring a sense of peace and tranquility. It activates the natural healing processes to restore physical and emotional well-being. I often incorporate Reiki with my Reflexology sessions to a lesser or greater degree, depending upon the needs of the client. SPECIALIST TREATMENTS
REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE (RLD) focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause a positive effect on the lymphatic system of the body such as reducing swelling of Lymphoedema, which often develops following treatment for breast cancer. Most people are familiar with Lymph Drainage Massage which is used to treat conditions other than Lymphoedema and RLD may be used in a similar way. The Lymph system interacts with the Cardiovascular, Digestive and Immune systems of the body. Lymph Drainage may be useful with the following symptoms:

ENDOCRINE SWEEP helps with bringing balance to the Endocrine or Hormonal system and is often used when clients are experiencing P.M.S. and menopausal symptoms. During a reflexology session, the main emphasis is placed upon working the hormonal reflexes of the foot, which in turn helps to bring the body back into homeostasis or balance. Course of Treatment:
Initial treatment includes a consultation and an exploratory session to find problem areas in the body. This session can last up to 90 mins. £55 (Mobile visits £60)
Follow on sessions for all treatments are £35 and last approx. 1 hour (Mobile visits £40)
