Take a little time everyday to stop and consider
What have I been thinking for the past 30 minutes
You may be suprised at the quality of your thoughts
If they are unloving - negative - pulling you into the past or the future
Thats ok
Realising how the mind is thinking is often the first step to changing our thinking patterns
Small steps everyday will reap big rewards
If your thoughts are loving - positive and uplifting
My guess is, you have already taken those small steps and are now reaping those big rewards
Wherever we are is the perfect place to build our inner strength
