🩺 Early detection saves lives.

Head and neck cancer can affect the mouth, throat, voice box, or neck. Many early signs are easy to miss - but checking takes just a minute.

✅ Do the Head & Neck Check:
🔹 Look in the mirror: any sores, patches or lumps?
🔹 Feel your neck: any swelling or bumps?
🔹Listen to your voice: has hoarseness lasted more than 3 weeks?
🔹 Watch for: difficulty swallowing, a sore throat that wont go away, or unexplained weight loss.

👉 If in doubt, check it out. Don't delay speaking to your Practice.
