No matter what went down at the weekend...tomorrow is a new day and a new week!

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing
- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)
- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)
- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger
- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.

Spring then summer will be here in a minute. Let’s do this.

Commit, then remain consistent and accountable.

I’m here for you. Book in. Turn-up. But most importantly show-up every single day, despite what’s happening in your life.

Always remember this is the ONE thing you CAN control. And when at least this one thing is controlled, it makes everything else seem better no matter what you’re going through.

🌱 Your body runs on water. And guess what, You’re mostly water! πŸ™‚. So it’s important to stay hydrated. Drinking water first thing in the morning will help your body immensely. I drink one large glass ( room temperature ) before my warm lime water. You’ll see a noticeable improvement in your energy, focus and performance throughout the day with this one simple habit.

The 1:1 Diet recommends 2.25 litres a day minimum. What a great healthy habit to get into! It literally helps all aspects of your health and weight loss keeping this daily habit topped up!

Reminders:

✨Remember to drink at least 2.25 litres a day of water (use a vessel you know what the ml’s are so you know exactly how much you have drunk - don’t just guess it)
✨Stop harming the environment and using throwaway plastic bottles (I see so many pics of fridges full to the brim of water bottles πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ - it’s never a boast), be prepared with tap water in your reusable water bottle. You can always buy a filter if you want your water to be better quality.
✨Remember to drink an extra glass of water with every bar

⭐️ How much is too much?

5 litres and over is apparently unnecessary and unsafe. So don’t overdo it on the water (never a problem with my clients πŸ˜‰) - this can dilute sodium ( hyponatremia) in your body causing nausea, vomiting, headache and confusion.
Building in these lasting daily habits helps you build in a healthier long term future ❀️ Water is and always will be an important component to your long term health goals.

It can be so easy to fall for the special offers on food at Christmas and buy the same every year- and more!

Every year food marketeers bring out new flavours of food and drink, and it can be really hard to not buy what’s on sale.

When there’s food in the house, it’s very easy to eat it. β€œYou can’t waste food” is a common attitude and gives people an excuse to overeat.

So.....plan which foods you are buying....and stick to it!
