These habits support stable energy, better hormone regulation, and long‑term fat loss:

• After waking, drink a glass of water and give your body 30–60 minutes before eating. It helps your morning cortisol naturally settle.

• Aim to finish your last meal 2–3 hours before bed so your body can rest and recover overnight.

Growing up I used my trauma as an excuse for my behaviour and habits.

I can’t believe I wasted so much energy on things I couldn’t control, things that had already happened. šŸ˜”

I’m not saying they didn’t need acknowledging and to be dealt with, however they didn’t need to absorb me and project an image of a person that wasn’t truly me.

One simple phrase that changed my perspective is ā€œThe person is not the behaviourā€.
Deal with the root cause of the behaviour and you have the recipe to change the behaviour. šŸ‘ŠšŸ»

The temperature dropped last night so today I choose to take an ice bath. 🄶

Some people see the cold as a negative.

Your brain plays tricks on you😳

The neurological pathways we build during adolescence combined with your body’s ability to repair itself, we end up convincing ourselves we are superhuman.

How many times have you heard the phrase ā€œit won’t happen to meā€

in 2006 I managed to work my way up into what I considered a life changing job, I loved it and the money was great. It was my chance to change my life and give my family a great quality of life.

For me after, leaving school at 15 without any qualification it was like winning the lottery and all I had to do was work for it.

At the age of 24 I earned £36,000 in six months estimated £70-£75,000 per year, took a loan out for an extension on the property, baby on the way, life was great, drinking, partying, eating what ever I wanted.

It was at the 6 month point I had a work place accident, this lead to me not being able to move without being in a lot of pain, intern piling on the weight.

I had put 3 stone on in one year, weighing nearly 18 stonešŸ˜”

I found out my L5 Disc had pr*****ed needing surgery, leaving me disabled, sciatica, back pain , numbness in my left leg and foot.

I was medically retired from my role, leaving me a broken man with phycological insecurities of how I would provide for my family.

All of a sudden nothing else mattered, my only regret is I didn’t take better care of myself, I should have considered the impact of my own action on the people I love and care about.

This is just one aim of the bizfit360 app, it’s not about telling you what to eat, how to train and what you should be thinking, it’s about taking responsibility.
