A 4 hour workshop designed to help you release, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through a powerful creative process. 💚

For just £29pp, you’ll take part in a beautiful ritual of breaking and mending a ceramic heart with gold ... a practice of honouring life’s challenges and transforming them into strength, growth, and resilience.

🌿 Includes meditation, refreshments, and a safe, supportive space.

We have 2 places available on this workshop next Saturday (13/09/25)

These sessions are a pilot for us (Diamond Soul Healing CIC) to obtain evidence to apply for a much larger grant to bring future sessions to the wider South Yorkshire community.

We all process our life experiences, emotions and traumas differently... often we feel we have dealt with them already, when actually, it's still there, underneath everything else and preventing us from moving forward.

In collaboration with The Lily Pad Holistic Therapies we're holding a series of 1 day workshops in Central Doncaster from Aug-Dec 25

💔The Heart Ritual ❤️ is a beautifully intimate experience for 5 people, combining meditation, self reflection, peer support and art, set in a beautiful and safe location to heal your heart.

This is a pilot project, funded by Well Doncaster, our goal is to create a case study from participant feedback to apply for further National Lottery funding to hold more Heart Rituals across Yorkshire.

Meditation Together is back!!

This time at a new venue... join us once a month for 1 hour just for you.

Relax, de-stress, and be guided through a meditation with like-minded people at The Lily Pad Holistic Therapies Cabin.

Adults only, everyone welcome

Each session includes a herbal tea to start and an Oracle card pull at the end for added guidance for the month ahead.

Each session is £3.50 per person, and all monies (minus booking fees) go back into the Meditation Together project to keep us sustainable.
