Known for her warmth and friendly nature, Sarah is valued as an individual and enjoys being part of everyday life. With continued support and close involvement from her family, she now has stability, connection, and a place where she truly feels at home 💙

✨ New year, new opportunities - care referrals ✨

As we start the year, we’re continuing to welcome referrals for residential care and supported living across Autism Plus.

We support autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs through person centred support that’s shaped around each individual, their choices, and what matters to them. Our teams work closely with people, families, and professionals to get support right from the start.

If you’re exploring options for someone you support, or just want to talk things through, we’re happy to have an informal conversation about availability and next steps.

A group from Supported Living Thorne enjoyed a refreshing New Year's Winter walk in Cleethorpes! ❄️

With snow falling, everyone was wrapped up warm and supported to enjoy the fresh air.

The group completed a 7km stroll along the seafront, having a brilliant time playing in the snow! ☃️
