8 years of teaching yoga… which basically means 8 years of saying ‘remember to breathe’ like it’s brand new information 😊
What started as a bit of an idea has turned into something I never could have planned—a space full of kind, supportive, and genuinely lovely humans.
It’s never really been about touching your toes (or pretending we don’t notice when I miss bits out or do the same side twice!). It’s been about showing up, having a laugh, wobbling a bit and building something positive together.
I’m so grateful for every single one of you who has rolled out a mat, shared a smile, or trusted me to guide them—even when I accidentally made things harder than intended 🙃
8 years in, still learning, still growing, and still amazed at the community we’ve created. Thanks for being such a big part of it. 💫
