My Baby Massage Course is a calm, nurturing experience created just for you and your baby.

A place where you can:

✨Learn techniques to ease colic, trapped wind & teething discomfort.
✨Boost your confidence as a parent.
✨Meet other mums who get it.
✨Enjoy a warm, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself.

Each session is filled with connection, gentle guidance, and time to relax. Whether you’re a first-time mum or adding another little one to your family, you are welcome here, completely as you are.

Join me for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice designed to support your nervous system, encourage deep rest and help you fully winter — without guilt.

This is a space to be held, to pause, and to allow your body and mind to restore.
