I know most of my lovely clients don’t celebrate Thanksgiving but I do and am
Very grateful for each and every client who trusts me with their wellbeing and supports my small business all year round. 🙏🏻

Besides, no matter who we are or what culture we were raised in - it’s never a bad thing to stop for a moment and think of all the things we have to be thankful for. 😁🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

2025 is winding down swiftly! I will be closing on Saturday 20th of December for the year. It is approaching quickly and I only have about a dozen available appointments left this year.

Shalom is open once again from tomorrow morning at 10am. This week is pretty filled to the brim but I have one available appointment this Saturday at 4pm. So if you’d like that appointment message me to nab it! 😁

This weekend I got to fulfill a long time dream to see the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland! In this first photo I’m standing in the spot the arrow is pointing at in the second photo!! 😳

I still find it hard to believe I was able to climb all the way up there?! It was half way along the red/difficult track!!

Just proof again that despite age, I’m fitter and healthier in my 50’s than I was in my 20’s and 30’s!! Just proof once again of the benefits of natural remedies and wellbeing treatments. 🫶🏻

I know I’ve only recently returned from a last minute trip but I’m off again for a long weekend! 🧳

This was booked months ago and is a romantic getaway with my hubby for our anniversary weekend! 😍

Shalom will be open again from Tuesday. From then it will be normal hours until I close for Christmas. 🎄

Here are some of the highlights of my week of Grandma duty!! 👵🏻 👶🧑‍🍼🚼

This little guy is a delightful mix of action and cuddles. 🥰 I can’t say it’s been a restful week away but it has been a real tank filler in grandbaby love! 🩵

Packing and preparing to fly back tomorrow ready to return to the treatment room bright and early on Tuesday morning! (Ok. Maybe not so bright with jet lag and I don’t start till 10am!)

Grateful to my hubby for the plane ticket and that being self employed allowed me the flexibility to help. Family first!

CHRISTMAS GIVING!!

Shalom has a stall booked at the Doncaster Chamber Mingle and Market networking event on December 5th!!

As part of the event we are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys as a donation. They will all be given to the Salvation Army’s Christmas toy appeal. They will then be distributed to underprivileged families in our area, to make their Christmas special.

Soooooo……

If any of my amazing clients want to take part they can bring an unwrapped toy (or two!) to their next appointment between now and the 5th of December. Then I’ll take them all to put under the donation tree that evening. 🎄

Let’s help make some children’s Christmas just a little bit brighter this year!! 🤗💆🏻‍♀️👣🕊️🫶🏻

Shalom is now closed until the 18th of November and then the diary is full until the 28th of November!

I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused but I have family who need me. One of the blessings of being self employed is that I can shift my schedule around to be a help to them. 🫶🏻

I will be able to access messages on here, by text and email if you need to book in or rearrange an appointment. Thank you to the many clients who willingly rearranged their appointments from this coming week for me. I am truly grateful for my wonderful clients!

Today is Stress Awareness Day!

Stress wreaks havoc in our bodies. 😣🤯😵‍💫 Complementary therapies such as massage or reflexology (combined with aromatherapy of course!) are excellent treatments to help reduce stress and its impact on the body.
