KIDS REFLEX FOR THE WIN!! 👣

This amazing outcome is close to my heart! ❤️

Before Christmas my little grandson had his one year well-baby check and it included a few vaccines. 😢 Normally my DIL has used TCRP (The children’s reflexology program) pre and post vaccination routines when he has had them but due to some schedule insanity she hadn’t realised he was having any that day.

He was VERY unhappy after these particular ones and cried for a few hours. He finally cried himself to sleep only to wake up after about an hour screaming before he even opened his eyes. 😭 Poor little fella was completely inconsolable. 💔

I was at the treatment room so offered to talk her through the routine to save her the hassle of hunting the leaflets out.

She got just halfway through the routine and he smiled and giggled at her kissing his toes!! 😊😍 For the second half of it he was cooing and babbling happily!!

It was the most dramatic and swift result I’ve ever seen in a baby/toddler!! From being completely inconsolable for hours; he returned to his smiley, cuddly self in the space of the fifteen minutes it took to run through a simple kid reflexology routine! 👣

Hi all! On my holiday yesterday I enjoyed taking my little grandson to Sesame Place! I was busy taking the pictures and snuck in a cuddle with Bert and Ernie!! 🫣😜🤣 I’m just a big kid at heart!!

It has been a HUGE year for Shalom with the move to my lovely new premises. It has also been a year that started with 20 clients in the Shalom membership program and has ended with 33!

That’s a wrap!! Shalom is now closed for the holidays. 🎄 The treatment room will now reopen on the 20th of January 2026!

Off to celebrate the reason for the season with my family on both sides of the Atlantic. Grandma duties call! 👵🏻

ESSENTIAL OIL LOVERS GIFT!! 🎁

I have one of these in my handbag and call it my EO first aid kit. ⛑️

These little bags zip up and clip on for travel. They contain 4x2ml roller balls and 6x2ml dropper bottles.

This allows you to easily carry some blends to apply topically and several oils to diffuse or just sniff as required.

You can personalize the contents for yourself and/or your family. Maybe carry lavender for burns, some sage for those hot sweats or dill for upset tummies.

It comes in pink or black and contains the bottles but not the oils. It is £16 for the set! Help with filling it to your specifications can be arranged at an additional charge. (Varies depending on the oils required).
