You can get free, friendly advice and practical support from local organisations including Live Inclusive, Citizens Advice, Jobcentre Plus, Community First Credit Union, and more.

No appointments, no forms, just pop in, have a chat, and find out what help is available for you and your family.

.You may still be entitled to £150 off your electricity bill this winter.

This is called the Warm Home Discount.
It’s a £150 credit applied directly to your electricity bill for eligible households.

You don’t receive the money yourself.
Your electricity supplier applies it automatically, usually by the end of March.

It’s important to check if:
– you have a disability or long-term health condition
– you’re on a low income or certain benefits
– you’ve changed energy supplier recently
– you’re not sure what support you should receive

If you think you should have received it but can’t see it on your bill, contact your electricity supplier directly and ask about the Warm Home Discount for winter 2025–2026.
