Have you ever wondered what actually happens in a PT Kids session? 👇

We’ve built something called the LIFT Method — a four-phase framework that sits behind how we plan and deliver therapy.

Swipe through to see what each phase looks like — and why the order matters. ➡️

Save this one. It’s worth coming back to. 💚

This is what the LIFT Method looks like when it leaves the whiteboard and moves into a real session. 👇

Every phase. Every reason. Watch to see why it matters & how it works.

4 things. Every session. Every child. Every time. 👇

And the order they happen in? That part matters more than most people realise.

Watch to find out why. ➡️

Every parent knows their baby better than anyone. 💚

But sometimes it’s hard to know what’s typical — and what’s worth getting a second opinion on.

Swipe through → We’ve broken down the movement signs to look out for in your baby, age by age — from 1 month all the way to 12 months. In plain language. No jargon.

Save this post. Come back to it as your baby grows.

And remember — spotting something early doesn’t mean something is wrong. It just means you’re giving your child the best possible chance.

If anything feels off, trust that instinct and get in touch. We’re always happy to have a conversation. 💬

There’s one question I ask every single family when they first come to us. 👶
The answer tells me a lot — and it shapes everything about how watchful we need to be.

This is what early developmental physiotherapy actually looks like. 💚

Just play, connection, and the kind of hands-on support that makes a real difference in the early years.

In this reel we’re showing some of the activities we use to support developmental milestones in babies and young children — working on sitting, reaching, balance, and body awareness in a way that feels completely natural to them.

Early intervention matters. The sooner we can support a child’s development, the greater the impact.

And a huge thank you to our perfect little model for making this so easy to film 😊

If you have a baby or young child and you’re wondering whether physio could help — drop us a message or click the link in our bio. We’d love to chat.

Do the professionals around your child use words that are hard to unpick? 👇

Swipe through → We’ve broken down 6 of the most common terms used with families of children with cerebral palsy. Plain language. No jargon.

Spasticity • Muscle Tone • Low vs High Tone • Primitive Reflexes • Ataxia • Dystonia & Dyskinesia

Save this carousel. Come back to it when you hear a term you don’t recognise.

And if there’s a word or phrase your child’s care team uses that you’d like us to break down next - drop it in the comments. We’ll add it to the list. 💚

100 miles. Done. 🏆

This is the moment Cameron crossed the finish line on his 100-mile bike challenge from Selby to Skegness — and we were right there with him.

Cameron set himself this challenge to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance - a service that saves lives every single day.

Every mile was earned. Every pedal was a choice. And every single one of them matters.

Watch the moment it all came together ➡️

If Cameron’s story has moved you, please consider sponsoring him. Here is the link:

We are so proud of you, Cameron. 💚

This week we’re doing something a little different. 💚

Every day, one term. Plain language. No jargon.

Because every family deserves to understand what’s being said about their child.

Follow along, save each post, and share it with a parent who needs it.

Most families we meet tell us the same thing — they had no idea independent physiotherapy was even an option for their child with CP. 💚

Swipe through to see what regular, consistent physio can actually look like — and the difference it makes when your child doesn’t have to wait months between sessions.

We work closely alongside NHS teams, not instead of them. Our role is to give children with cerebral palsy the frequency of support their bodies need to make real, lasting progress.

Whether you’re a family, a case manager, or a professional supporting a child with CP — we’d love to hear from you.
