I’m posting this message to make you all aware of SCAD

I have been diagnosed with this condition and have had two heart attacks last week.
So…… unfortunately I really do need to hang up my massage gun this time for good.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support and the lovely friendships I’ve made over the years.
But my split artery needs to heal.
Hopefully I’ll keep in touch with some of you

I’m having a operation next week so will be out of action whilst I’m recovering,

Tomorrow I start back at work offering sports massage to regular clients on Tuesdays & Fridays, during school hours. I’m not as flexible as I was because I look after little kids too, but I’m hoping to increase my days soon.
As you all know…
I treat sciatica, lower back pain, neck, shoulder, tennis/golfers elbow, epicondylitis, hamstring injuries, IT band, fibromyalgia, lymphatic drainage basically all musculoskeletal problems but If I haven’t named it please ask.

I’ve decided to work again on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am and 3pm ( school hours)
I’m not taking on any new clients, so if you’re reading this, it means you’re a regular, so if you need me then message me and I can book you in from 22nd April.

I would like to thank all my clients for your loyalty to me over the years. As you all know I am now fostering more children full time so am unable to continue with AchesAway.
I have had 18 years running my business and have loved every second of it.
My last working day is this Sunday.

Hi Everyone,
There is no easy way to tell you all so I may as well just come out and say the word RETIRE!
The time as come for me to retire…. I love my job and have loved looking after you all for the last 18 years or so. Things are changing for us, we have decided to help some other little children that needs us as foster carers! And I can’t do everything ……. I will be finishing at the end of July, so you do have time to see me if you need to!
I am working Wednesday and Sundays only from Angels Sandringham Road.
