Of course I brought my entire regime skiing for the week.

I start with iS Clinical Cleansing Complex, which provides gentle cleansing with mild exfoliating properties. This is followed by Youth Eye Complex to hydrate and smooth the delicate eye area.

Next, I apply GENEXC Serum, a potent vitamin C serum formulated with ingredients that help protect cellular DNA from environmental damage. I then layer Hydra-Cool Serum for lightweight hydration and calming benefits, followed by Daily Dynamic Hydrator, which also features Extremozymes® technology to support skin barrier function.

I finish with Extreme Protect SPF 30 to provide essential daily broad-spectrum sun protection.

I also use the brightening peel system weekly so she came too!

Is it always a “yes” from me when someone books in for dermal filler?
Absolutely not.

This lovely patient had been having her lips treated elsewhere for a few years and came to me requesting more filler.
After a thorough consultation and honest discussion about her goals, we decided the best approach was to dissolve her existing filler using hyaluronidase before considering any further treatment.

“Filler blindness” is a very real thing — both for patients and injectors.
If your injector’s first response is “yes, let’s add more” without assessing what’s already there… it might be time to question whether they’re the right injector for you.

My beautiful patient came to me for lip filler following a surgical revision of her cleft lip. Our aim was to improve symmetry and volume, and we are absolutely thrilled with the natural result.
