You can join Slimming World at Balby Court on Wednesday Thursday (with Dawn-Lisa) or Saturday (with Claire)

Our Slimming World fee is £5.95/5.65 senior per week (or less if you buy a block of groups).

That’s less than….
2 Cappuccinos at Costa
A Chicken Chop Suey from the Chinese Takeaway
A standard seat at the cinema
Fish and chips (for one) from the chippy
A bottle of Pinot Noir
A 300g jar of Nescafe
And a lot of other things!

And finally….you get me, a Consultant who has been trained to help you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. A Consultant who, above all else, cares deeply about everybody who walks through those Slimming World doors. A Consultant who wants nothing more than to see you living a healthy life, finding your self confidence and your smile again.

Remember – we’re only here once and we only have one body. Our health isn’t a luxury – surely it’s got to be worth the price of a couple of coffees ###x

We've had a fabulous week hearing the inspiring stories of our gorgeous member's. From members being saved from a life in a wheelchair, members getting pregnant after losing weight (she was trying!!), members overcoming life changing diagnosis' to members who find the group great for social connectivity 😍

14 members were recognised as Icons within their groups - although I believe they're all icons 😍❣️

Everyone is welcome to come along and join us! And yes it is worth it this closer to Christmas. You've got 8 weeks to make a difference ❣️
