Did you know your one hour massage can be tailored to what your body needs most?

When booking a one hour Body Massage or Hot Stone Body Massage, there are two ways I can structure your treatment:

Full Body Relaxation
This option focuses on overall relaxation. Gentle, calming pressure is applied to the chest, arms and hands, front of the legs and feet, before you turn over to continue the treatment on the back of the legs and back.
Perfect if you’re looking to fully unwind and relax from head to toe.

Back Focus + Relaxation
If you’re carrying tension in your back, I can spend more time where it’s needed most.
This treatment includes 30 minutes on the back, to ease tight muscles while still keeping the treatment relaxing, followed by 30 minutes on thr back of the legs and feet to help you fully unwind.

Every body is different, so your treatment can always be adjusted to suit what you need on the day.

A deep cleansing and hydrating facial follows, designed to brighten and restore your natural glow after the harsh colder months.

Your ritual concludes with a soothing foot massage, grounding the body and leaving you feeling amazing from head to toe.
