After 7 years working in the legal field I decided I couldn’t see myself in an office for the rest of my career.
I’m creative and have ADHD. I didn’t fit into this environment.
I’d even go as far to say that an office environment contributed to my chronic anxiety.
In 2005, I had my first mental health breakdown and was off work for six months.
My condition was no better once the six-month recovery period was over.
Medication and talk therapy did not help.
Rather than falling into a pit of despair I decided to pursue a writing career. So I sold my house and gave up my job and studied how to become a writer.
Yes, it made my anxiety worse for years, but I maintained hope and optimism that I could become a successful writer. I was a passion and I believe a passion is a calling.
My new passion is helping people overcome chronic anxiety without medication and pointless talk therapy.
I still let you talk. But I have solutions grounded in depth psychology, archetypal psychology, neuroscience, psychobiology and quantum physics.
