Any of my clients who have back or shoulder issues, these are a game changer, I always advocate foam rollers but these are another level. It will help stretch your back, relieve tension and improve posture. You can buy the 2 bigger ones in a 2 pack from lotus wheel for around £60, I get it's more than a foam roller but the difference in the stretch that they give is well worth the extra cost.
