As a practitioner of 20+ years, I've studied and tried many aspects of wellness from diets, exercise, homeopathy, counselling, ancient & traditional healing methods and spiritual attunements to just name a few.. Basically, you name it, I've studied it & tried it.!! After spending most of my life feeling like a pharmaceutical lab rat, being experimented on and rattling likeca meracca from copius amounts of medication, I decided i needed to began my own healing journey. I reversed my own chronic illnesses and emotional traumas with frequency! Over the years ive cherry picked the treatments that I found worked best and I am now offering them to you! The treatments I offer are the ones I have found to be the quickest and easiest ways to reverse physical & emotional trauma without any gruelling rituals, regimes or un-palatable diets. But you do have to understand that healing your mind and body and then actually staying well isn't fixed with one off treatments, it's about trying diffent things to find what suits you as there is never a 'one size fits all' when it comes to your health.
