Each of our fitness instructors takes a genuine interest in each members health and personal goals and we have retained members that have come day in day out for over 40 years. A great place for all age groups to get fit, increase overall health and wellbeing, stamina and motivation! No matter what age, everyone has the ability to improve their fitness. Our members range from 16 to all the way to 80! No fuss, no pressure selling and no contracts to sign. Pay weekly, monthly or longer term, don't come then you don't pay. We have an excellent range of fitness facilities including free weights, weight and cardio machines and extras including changing area, shower facilities, standing and lay-down sunbeds and sauna. Energy drinks and protein shakes are also on hand and are available to purchase. And finally, our claim to fame. During the height of Arnold Schwarzenegger's bodybuilding career, Terry Holian's Health Studio had the pleasure of the man himself training at this gym in Donaster and even stayed at Terry Holian's house.
