Grief can be messy, noisy, silent, bumpy, confusing, so painful, calm, disorientating.
Like life, loss has its twists and turns, darkness, laughter, sense of hopelessness, heightened sense of our own humanness and vulnerability.
We might feel guilty, shame, sometimes a massive relief. We might feel nothingness.
What you feel is your experience. No one person's grief is ever the same but we might be able to relate to our feelings with others.
Sometimes we get stuck in grief, or you may have other beliefs or stressors in life that make grieving difficult.
Grief can be felt following the death of a person, a baby, child, parent, family pet, relationship, financial, friendships, employment, physical, or mental wellness.
