As announced by FE Week in June 2025, the training provider Prevista (Highfield Centre Number 15653) has gone into liquidation. We would therefore like to reach out to any remaining learners from the centre enrolled on a course leading to a Highfield qualification that have not yet been contacted with the next steps they should take.

We’ve just updated our Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenti-kit available at https://tinyurl.com/44m24224

This on-programme resource consists of six textbooks and workbooks, along with a dedicated Skills and Behaviours Activity Pack, which has been designed to support the effective delivery of the apprenticeship standard and to help maximise apprentices’ chances of success.

We have updated the kit to ensure that it continues to be fully aligned to the knowledge, skills, behaviours and criteria of the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan. The revised Apprenti-kit includes content updates in line with amplification requirements, updated referencing and more.

The presentations have received updates to reflect the latest guidance from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) published in 2025.

These updates include a design refresh for improved learner engagement, the renaming of nuts to tree nuts - with brand new FSA allergen icons , enhanced tutor notes with discussion points and extension activities, even clearer communication guidance based on best practice recommendations
and an updated allergen cycle and labelling examples for real-world application.
