Another 5⭐ review — and this one really captures what we aim to do every single time.

Families often tell us how important it is to feel properly listened to, not rushed, not dismissed, and given clear answers. This review reflects exactly that:
✔ a thorough, detailed assessment
✔ time taken to understand the full picture
✔ clear, practical advice from our occupational therapist on what to do next

This isn’t a “tick-box” service. It’s careful, NICE-aligned clinical work with meaningful follow-up support — so families leave knowing what’s going on and how to move forward.

If you’ve been going round in circles, waiting, or feeling unheard, we still have appointments available and we’re happy to talk things through before you book.

📍 Face-to-face and video appointments
📄 Reports accepted by schools, GPs and NHS services
🧠 ADHD assessments with post-diagnostic OT support

You can book directly via our website or get in touch if you need reassurance first.

A lovely little post about the power of role modelling for our small people, a really powerful tool I used a lot when I (Frank) worked in CAMHS,

As parents, carers and professionals, we often feel a strong pressure to appear “together” in front of our children. We want to be calm, capable, and reassuring — especially when our young people are struggling. While this instinct comes from a place of love, it can sometimes unintentionally s...

We’re hearing increasing reports that Right to Choose services for children and young people are becoming overwhelmed, with some areas pausing or limiting new referrals due to demand.

For many families, this is incredibly worrying. Long waits, uncertainty, and doors appearing to close just as you’re trying to get help for your child is not easy — especially when support in school or access to services often depends on having formal evidence in place.

We want to be open and transparent:

➡️ We are actively seeking to become part of the Right to Choose assessment pathway, so that we can support families within NHS-funded routes where possible.
➡️ In the meantime, we continue to offer NICE-aligned ADHD assessments that are recognised by schools, GPs and NHS services, helping families move forward rather than staying stuck on waiting lists.

If you’re unsure what your options are right now — whether that’s NHS, Right to Choose, or private — we’re always happy to talk things through and help you understand the pathways available to you.

No pressure. No pushing assessments where they’re not appropriate. Just clear information and support so you can make the right decision for your family.

Messages like this genuinely mean the world to us 💙

We’ve been contacted by a parent to let us know that following their child’s assessment with us, their child has now been awarded an EHCP and has also been accepted by Navigo, the NHS sub contracted service responsible for ongoing assessment and medication support. An appointment has already been arranged.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

It highlights the importance of thorough, NICE-aligned assessments and clear clinical reports that are recognised and accepted by education settings and NHS services. When the paperwork is right, it can open doors to the support children need — both in school and within health services.

We’re so pleased for this family and proud to have played a part in helping move things forward. Thank you to the parent for taking the time to update us and for trusting our service.

If you’re feeling stuck, waiting, or unsure what the next step should be, we’re always happy to talk things through.

Choosing an ADHD assessment isn’t just about getting an answer — it’s about knowing what happens after.

Our focus is on making sure people are supported long-term, not just during the assessment itself. Where ADHD medication is appropriate, we provide careful titration and monitoring, and once someone is stable and in a good place, we work towards shared care back to their GP in line with national guidance.

Following diagnosis, everyone also has access to occupational therapy support, helping to address day-to-day functional and occupational needs — at home, at school, or in work.

And just as importantly, if ADHD isn’t identified, we don’t leave people at a dead end. Our experienced assessing clinician will formulate what else may be contributing to the difficulties, helping to guide you toward the right support and the right pathway — either way.

For us, it’s not about labels.
It’s about clarity, safety, and making sure people don’t stay stuck.

If you’re considering an assessment and want honest guidance, thoughtful care, and a clear plan forward, we’re here to talk things through when you’re ready.

💙 Making assessments more accessible 💙

We know that cost can sometimes be a barrier when you’re trying to get the right support for yourself or your child — especially at a time when many families are already under pressure.

To help make things more manageable, we offer flexible payment options for our ADHD assessments, allowing the cost to be spread over time rather than paid all at once.

There’s no obligation to use this option — it’s simply there for people who find it helpful.

What matters to us is that:
• decisions aren’t rushed
• families can access support when they need it
• the focus stays on care, not finances

If you’d like to understand how this works, or want to talk through your options before booking, we’re always happy to explain things clearly and answer questions.

✨ We’re back after the festive break ✨

We hope everyone had as peaceful a Christmas as possible.

We’re now back and have opened up assessment slots for this Friday — for children, young people and adults.

January can be a strange time. After Christmas, many families feel:
• emotionally drained
• financially cautious
• unsure whether to “wait a bit longer”

That hesitation is completely understandable — but we also know that for many people, waiting is exactly what keeps things stuck.

We’ve supported families who waited years on lists, only to tell us “I wish we’d done this sooner”. Not because of a diagnosis alone — but because of the clarity, validation and plan that comes with it.

A few gentle reminders:
✔️ You don’t have to commit immediately — we’re happy to talk things through
✔️ We only recommend full assessments when clinically appropriate
✔️ Our reports are accepted by schools, GPs and NHS services
✔️ Support doesn’t stop at the report
✔️ Payment options are available to reduce pressure

If you’ve been thinking “maybe after Christmas” — this is that moment.

⭐ Another powerful reminder of why getting the right support matters ⭐
This family came to us after a long wait on the Right to Choose pathway for their 15-year-old daughter. Like so many parents, they were left in limbo — uncertain, anxious, and just wanting someone to truly listen.
From the very first appointment, the focus was on putting their daughter at ease, understanding the full picture, and carrying out a thorough, professional assessment.
💬 The outcome speaks for itself: ✔️ Diagnosis accepted by college
✔️ Accepted by their GP
✔️ Accepted by CAMHS, who were impressed by the depth of the report
✔️ Progression onto the medication waiting list
✔️ A clear plan finally in place
And this wasn’t local to us — this was Kirklees, showing that our reports are recognised and respected across different areas.
Families often tell us the hardest part is the uncertainty — not knowing whether to wait, push, or start again elsewhere. Hearing that things are now “in place” after such a long journey is exactly why we take the time to do things properly.
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or tired of waiting with no clear answers, support is available.

⭐ We’re really proud of this ⭐

This is our Trustpilot profile as it stands today — 56 reviews with an overall rating of 4.8 (Excellent).

What matters most to us isn’t the number, but what people are saying:
• that they felt listened to
• that their child felt at ease
• that the process was clear and supportive
• that answers came when waiting years wasn’t an option
• that schools, GPs and NHS services accepted the reports

Families often come to us feeling anxious, unsure, and worried they’re making the wrong decision. Seeing feedback like this reassures us that we’re doing what we set out to do — provide ethical, thorough and compassionate ADHD assessments.

We don’t rush.
We don’t diagnose unless it’s appropriate.
And we don’t disappear once the report is written.

To everyone who has taken the time to leave a review, recommend us to others, or trust us with their care — thank you. It genuinely means more than you know.

⭐ “Heard at last.” ⭐
This review landed with us this

— and it’s why we do what we do.
This family reached out because waiting years on a list simply wasn’t an option. Their child needed help now, not when the system eventually caught up. Before they even booked, we took the time to listen, guide, and make sure they felt supported in making the right decision.

💬 “I felt heard and made to feel supported and as though there is now hope.”
That word — hope — matters.
We know how heavy it feels when: • your child is struggling at school
• you’re being told to “wait and see”
• progress feels urgent
• and you feel like no one is really listening
Our role isn’t just to assess — it’s to support families through one of the most stressful decisions they’ll make.

✔️ Straightforward booking
✔️ Honest guidance before you commit
✔️ Payment options to ease the pressure
✔️ Clinicians who take time to put children and parents at ease
✔️ Reports that help schools and services act
If you’re reading this and thinking “this sounds like us”, please know you’re not alone — and there is support available.
