With so many skincare routines trending on social media, it’s easy for young people to feel pressure to use lots of products. But when it comes to children and teens, less is more.

- A gentle cleanser
- A light, non-perfumed moisturiser
- Daily SPF (yes, even on cloudy days!)

That’s really all they need to keep skin healthy. Complicated routines or harsh products can actually do more harm than good, especially for sensitive or growing skin.

Talk to your child about looking after their skin safely and remind them: you don’t need a shelf full of products to have healthy skin.

If they’re worried about spots, blackheads or breakouts, your pharmacist or GP can help with friendly, age-appropriate advice.
