We thought we would let you see exactly what it looks like to have an adjustment...
No pain here!
As you can see the chiropractor places her hands on a precise area (like the neck, lower back, or shoulders) and applies a quick, controlled push.
During the neck adjustment she supports the head with both hands and gently moves the neck to one side to isolate a specific joint.
You might hear a popping or cracking noise. That’s not bones snapping, it’s gas bubbles releasing from the joint (similar to cracking knuckles).
