Test of the Emergency Alert Service.

The Government will be running a test of the Emergency Alert Service on 7th September at 15:00 hours.

This test should make mobile phones vibrate and make a siren sound for 10 seconds while displaying a message even if they are set to silent.

We have included some addition links in comments on videos from Woman's Aid on changing your mobile settings if you have a phone hidden from an abuser, you can turn this alarm off to keep you safe.

We had an awesome morning at the cycling track today!

A brand new accessible hand crank bike was been kindly donated to us and it was incredible to see people trying it out. Jacqui took a spin and said "what an amazing ride!"

​A quick heads-up: there will be no cycling next week.
