BOOM !
Absolutely over the moon for my lovely client Peasha Williams she has just smashed her 50lb !! in total losing 3st 9 1/2lb reaching her goal, her first words to me on the day she started was " I will only lose 1st" but I will be happy just to lose anything, Well I couldn't be more proud of you you have kept focused and determined now you are totally in control of your eating habits no more yo yo dieting ever again, we are going in to maintenance to now start to balance what calories are suitable going forward, I really do have the best job ❤️

Over 2 full months till the start of 2025
60 days but can't start my diet till January ???
Why ???
Because I will be going out and I will come off plan !
But what if you come off plan for 7 of thoes days but are on it for 53 days what do you think is going to happen ??
I will tell you what , you will still lose weight !
If you don't start now you will probably go mad over Christmas and put another half stone plus on going in to the New Year even bigger

One thing your body will never ever say is " I'm big enough now think I will stop at this weight" it just keeps getting bigger and bigger !

Start now it really does make sense 😍

This is the pic that shocks me the most !
The before pic is when I was at my biggest !
I am so bloated and puffed up !
You literally can't see my eyes !

This didn't happen overnight and I couldn't see at the time my weight had got so out of control !

I made every excuse under the sun why I couldn't lose weight why I was putting more weight on !

The reality was I'd got to 58 years old and needed something different than what I'd been doing for 35 years !!!!!

1:1 diet by Cambridge has literally changed my life , I'm full of energy, feel 20 years younger, my skin looks and feels better, I sleep well, you can see my eyes 😆, food is no longer in control of ME I'm in control of IT

The amount of my clients who come to me with pain in these areas is quite high in percentages but once the weight starts coming off it's unbelievable how they improve 😍

😱😱 Last nights dream I was in a terrible panic ! I couldn't find any Mu_ller Light Yogurts anywhere in the world !!😱😱( if you know you know )😂

OMG a flashback to my old diet life 😆must have been stuck in my subconscious as I was talking to some of my clients last week about the dash to supermarkets to get them 😆

Thank the lord my eating habits are under control and Ive educated myself and I don't have to keep repeating the same sign up, lose weight, put weight back on routine ever again 😍

Always remember your WHY
My WHY was I was totally fed up, a size 20 feeling old, feeling bloated and hated how I looked and I knew my health was going to start to suffer.
I realised no one was going to come and knock on my door and sort me out it was all down to ME
DID I ever think I would do it after battling with my weight all my adult life ? ABSOLUTELY NOT !
But here I am ⬇️

She's only gone and done it 2 stone lost 😍 in 12 weeks with a weeks holiday, countless weekends away ( lost count 😆)and celebration nights and days out, she loves her socialising so she wanted to be able to do this diet around them and she's absolutely smashed it 👊 she wasn't bothered about how long it took her she just wanted to get the results, shes going for another half stone or so, like I always say you will know your end weight when you get there as it's not about a number on a scale but how you feel and look

BOOM ! BOOM! 100lb gone ( over 7 stone )😲

OMG they only went and reached their 50lb off in the same week 😲
Marie Cole & Kevin Cole what can I say you have both been determined and consistent a massive Congratulations Im so proud of you both what an achievement !
Marie looking fabulous and now going in to maintenance and Kev wanting to lose a little bit more and I'm 100% sure he will do it
I just love how this diet changes people's lives did they ever think they would lose 100lb ( over 7 stone ) between them ,,,,,, absolutely NOT but you know what I knew they could and would do it 🤩 I'm one very proud consultant 😍

This isn't a rant,,,,,,,,,, Well maybe just a little one 🙄😆

Is the 1:1 diet easy?? Question I keep getting asked

No it's not easy but it's certainly a lot easier than any other diet I've ever tried but here's the thing it's only YOU that can make change happen no one can ever lose weight for YOU it has to be done by YOU, no one is going to knock on your door and wave a magic wand its YOUR decision and YOUR determination that will get you to where YOU want to be, making that decision to change YOUR life can only be made by YOU , YOU deserve better health, YOU deserve to feel good about yourself, YOU deserve to feel fitter, YOU deserve to spend time on YOU but one things for sure when YOU make it happen YOU will be proud and amazed in your achievements, I'm never going to be a Consultant who doesn't tell you how it is but I will always be a Consultant who is with you every step of the way cheering you on, been there done it and worn the t shirt once a size 20 now a size 12 😄
Make a decision and stick to it consistency is how to get to your goal 😍
