📊 August was another busy month here at PCD!

As we head into September, here’s a look at what we achieved together during the past month!

Here are just a few highlights:

🚌 Our Health Van saw 100% utilisation, visiting 13 different locations across Doncaster
🚭 Our Smoke Free pilot supported 94 patients, with nearly half staying in the programme to continue their journey to quit smoking
💬 Our campaign on child vaccination and immunisation reached over 121,000 Doncaster residents
⭐ We’re proud to have received 100% 'Excellent' feedback from patients attending evening and weekend appointments in August!

👏 Thank you to our team and the Doncaster community for another impactful month - we’re excited to see what September brings!

🚌 Our Vinnie is taking a break this week!

The Health Van is due for some maintenance to keep running smoothly and provide healthcare services to residents across Doncaster, so there will be no mobile clinics this week.

Regular service will resume next week with drop-in GP Clinics, smear tests and ear syringing appointments.
