It was such an honour to celebrate Ange’s life on Friday alongside Mel & Sym from Doncaster Funerals at Memoria Doncaster & South Yorkshire Memorial Park & Crematorium. We shared a wealth of wonderful memories, a tribute from her colleagues, poetry, music she loved, her favourite flowers, and even the technical glitch celebrated Ange and her IT ‘skills’. 💞
We will all miss you, Ange, but none more than the family you loved. ✨

Just when you think you’ve found your footing and the waters have calmed, it hits you—that sudden, heavy "thump" in the stomach. Out of nowhere, the feelings come flooding back, and for a moment, the world stands still.
In these moments, words often fail. You can't explain it to others, and honestly, you don't want to. You just need to be alone with your thoughts, your memories, and the weight of it all. It’s not about moving backward; it’s about processing a love that never left.
And then, just as suddenly as the wave arrived, it recedes. You find your breath, you stand back up, and you start functioning again.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Patricia Gurney was Howell, passed away unexpectedly on 3rd January 2026.

A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Rose Hill Crematorium on Friday 23rd January at 2:00pm, followed by a gathering with friends at The Duke William, 27 Church Street, Haxey, Doncaster, DN9 2HY.

Family, Friends and all who knew her are warmly invited to attend and share memories.

Funeral Notice

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Lynn Rose Clarke on 15th December 2025, aged 75 years.

Lynn was a dearly loved mum, Nan and Great Nan whom will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on Monday, 29th December 2025, at 11:00 am at Rose Hill Crematorium. Following the service, family and friends are invited to gather to raise a toast in her memory at The Glasshouse, 1 Doncaster Road, Kirk Sandall, Doncaster, DN3 1HP
Family flowers only, please. While our family has been fortunate not to have been personally affected by cancer, donations in Lynn’s memory to Cancer Research would be greatly appreciated.

We said a loving farewell to Sue with an intimate service in Doncaster Funerals chapel yesterday. We celebrated her life with funny memories, poetry, music, photos, a beautiful floral tribute from hydes florist, and the warmth and love of family and friends. 💞
