Sometimes it’s not that there are no words.
It’s that words can feel like they arrive too quickly, asking for shape before anything has settled.

In art making, we can stay closer to process than explanation.
We can move, pause, repeat, and change without needing to define it in the moment.

Nothing has to be fully understood while it is still forming.

Meaning often comes later… quietly catching up with what has already been expressed.

Three years in private practice 🌿🎨🫟💖

Three years of showing up to the therapy space and being trusted with stories, silence, colour, and everything in between. What a privilege it has been to hold space for creativity, uncertainty, and gentle change.

I’ve learned again and again that healing rarely looks neat. Sometimes it’s a single mark on a page, sometimes it’s play, sometimes it’s just being in the room and allowing something to shift in its own time.

Thank you to everyone who has stepped into this space with me. I’m so grateful.
