I'm just looking back over the week and getting organised for the week ahead.

It's been another lovely week, supporting lots of different issues (anxiety, menopause symptoms, immune disorders, shoulder pain, fertility, congestion, migraines....just to name a few)

I think my positivity cards were pretty accurate this week ☺️

So I just wanted to thank you for trusting me and letting me be a part of your healing journey and also to thank you for recognising that you need that self care, giving yourselves permission to look after yourself.

I love what I do and couldn't do it without you 💖

There will be an hour of taster therapy sessions followed by drinks, cake and raffle.

💖World Kindness Day ✨

It's World Kindness Day today - the perfect time to share something that we've been planning!

12th December we will be welcoming you to the centre, to raise money for St John's Hospice 💖

If you are able to go, it would be lovely to welcome you! There are taster wellness sessions available to book, hot drinks and cakes available to purchase as well as a raffle - all to raise money for the hospice.

Taster treatment sessions are limited between 10:30-11:30, so if you'd like one, get in touch to reserve your space.

If you'd just like to come along for a nosy as to where we are, or fancy a drink and cake , then just turn up between 10:30-12:30.
