🎁 This year, give your feet the gift of comfort and support 👣

A little foot care now can make a big difference later. Here are our top tips to keep your feet happy:

✨ Choose supportive soles
When shopping or heading out, opt for shoes with good arch support and cushioning. If fashion shoes are a must, limit how long you wear them and pack supportive flats for later.

🧴 Schedule some foot TLC
Stick to a regular routine — wash your feet, dry thoroughly between the toes, and moisturise daily to help prevent dry, cracked heels (especially in winter!). If you have diabetes, remember to check your feet every day.

🧦 Stock up on smart socks
Moisture-wicking or natural fibre socks are ideal for winter boots and shoes. Avoid tight elastic at the top, as this can restrict circulation.

💡 Remember: a little preventative care now means less pain later. Don’t let foot pain steal the joy from your celebrations!

Another fantastic Swift success story! 🌟

We recently received an email from a patient who wanted to thank the team for their treatment experience — and their results have been brilliant.

We did it! 🎉

Our team of podiatrists has successfully completed the British Heart Foundation's skipping challenge! It's been a fantastic month of getting active and promoting heart health.

Today was the final skip-off to see how many we could manage without stopping! A massive shout-out to the incredible efforts:
• Tracey: 150 skips! 🤯
• Natalie: 107 skips! 💪
• Kerry: 300 (over numerous attempts 🤭)

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to every single person who sponsored us. Because of your generosity, we have managed to raise over £560 for the British Heart Foundation! 👏

This challenge has been a brilliant motivator to exercise, and we plan to keep up the skipping to maintain a happy, healthy heart! 💚

As we celebrate three years at Total Foot Health Doncaster, it feels like the perfect time to shine a light on the person who started it all.

Natalie spent 20 years working as a podiatrist outside the area, building her skills and experience, before choosing to bring her expertise back to the community she grew up in. Her vision was simple: to create a warm, compassionate podiatry service rooted in empathy, integrity and genuine patient care.

Three years on, that vision has grown into a team of exceptional podiatrists who share those same values.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far — we’re excited to continue helping our community walk, run and live better for many years to come.

We're over halfway through the month and our podiatry team is still going strong with the 100 Skips a Day Challenge for the incredible British Heart Foundation!

It's definitely getting our hearts pumping, and we're giving our feet and ankles a great workout, all while raising money for a cause that's close to our hearts.
