You can train hard, track calories, and eat clean — but if your sleep and stress are a mess, your results will always hit a wall.

When you’re sleep-deprived or constantly stressed, your body pumps out cortisol (your stress hormone).
A little cortisol is fine — it helps you get through tough workouts or busy days.
