It has often bothered me that we have some how built a world where we are not very happy, we lack real rest and we burn out.
Society has many problems with people trying their best to cope; but all too often with no support and wind up with addiction problems, self harming or neglecting their fundamental needs.
Somewhere along the way, we built a world that forgot the rhythm of breath and bark and birdsong — and now we’re all trying to survive inside a machine that never sleeps.
We could slow down.
We could make it gentler.
But systems are heavy, and hearts are tired, and most people are doing the best they can within the noise that surrounds them.
There are a few quiet truths beneath it:
Momentum is a powerful tide.
Once a society starts running, it keeps running, even when the people inside it are exhausted. It takes courage to step out of the current — and many fear they’ll be swept away if they try.
We measure worth by productivity.
For generations we’ve been told: work harder, achieve more, keep up. Rest became a reward instead of a birthright. People are only now remembering that slowness is sacred.
Many are hurting, but silently.
When everyone is wearing masks of “I’m fine,” we don’t realise how many others crave gentler living too. If the truth were spoken out loud, we’d see an entire world longing for softness.
And yet… I feel optimistic that something is shifting.
There’s a quiet rebellion happening — in gardens, in kitchens, in long walks with dogs, in simple rituals of care, in people returning to the old rhythms of nature. You see it in the rise of holistic healing, slow living, mindful nourishment, choosing connection over consumption.
The world isn’t slowing down yet,
but people are beginning to.
One soul at a time.
One choice at a time.
One breath reclaimed from the whirlwind.
And every person who chooses a gentler pace — who says “no more” to burnout, who honours rest, who lives more by moonlight and seasons than by pressure — becomes a lighthouse for others.
Let’s shine a light on a more balanced lifestyle; social and community growth, friendship..
We can save each other and preserve a happier future life for the next generation and those to come if we can slow down today.

Solstice is coming...
"The winter solstice time is no longer celebrated as it once was, with the understanding that this is a period of descent and rest, of going within our homes, within ourselves and taking in all that we have been through, all that has passed in this full year which is coming to a close... like nature and the animal kingdom around us, this time of hibernation is so necessary for our tired limbs, our burdened minds.
Our modern culture teaches avoidance at a max at this time; alcohol, lights, shopping, overworking, over spending, comfort food and consumerism.
And yet the natural tug to go inwards as nearly all creatures are doing is strong and the weather so bitter that people are left feeling that winter is hard, because for those of us without burning fires and big festive families, it can be lonely and isolating. Whereas in actual fact winter is kind, she points us in her quiet soft way towards our inner self, towards this annual time of peace and reflection, embracing the darkness and forgiving, accepting and loving embracing goodbye the past year.
"Winter takes away the distractions, the buzz, and presents us with the perfect time to rest and withdraw into a womb like love, bringing fire & light to our hearth".. and then, just around the corner the new year will begin again, and like a seed planted deep in the earth, we will all rise with renewed energy once again to dance in the sunlight
Life is a gift ❤ a Happy winter to you all..."

🌠 TONIGHT: The Leonid Meteor Shower Lights Up the Sky

The Leonids return tonight, bringing one of November’s fastest and brightest meteor displays. As Earth cuts through the debris stream of Comet 55P/Tempel–Tuttle, tiny cosmic particles strike our atmosphere at nearly 70 km/s, creating long, glowing trails across the sky.

This year’s Leonids won’t form a storm—but the meteors are incredibly fast, sharp, and colorful. Under dark skies, expect 10–20 meteors per hour, with some leaving bright blue, white, or golden streaks that linger for moments.

🌌 Best Time to Watch

Midnight to pre-dawn, facing east, toward the constellation Leo.
Let your eyes adjust for 10–15 minutes and enjoy the natural fireworks.

✨ Why the Leonids Are Special

Among the fastest meteors of the year

Known for long, elegant trains

Some meteors glow in blue-green ionization colors

Historically produced rare meteor storms

Tonight, look up and witness the silent power of cosmic dust crossing Earth’s sky at incredible speed.

The Cleansing Secret Nobody Talks About…

If you want better results from your skincare, start with a better cleanse.
Most people rush this step… and it shows.

Tonight, try this 60-second technique used by professional therapists:
✔ Warm your hands first – this helps your cleanser spread smoothly.
✔ Apply your cleanser and massage for a full minute – small circular movements across the cheeks, upward strokes along the jawline, and gentle pressure around the temples.
âś” Rinse with warm (not hot) water to avoid redness or dryness.
This boosts circulation, lifts dullness, and helps every product you use afterwards work far more effectively. Quick cleans give quick results. Slow cleans create real change.

Which Temple Spa cleanser is right for you?
IN THE BEGINNING – great for dry, dull, or mature skin. The rich balm deeply cleans while leaving skin soft and nourished.
WAY TO GO – ideal for oily or combination skin. Lightweight gel that helps control shine and clear congestion.
BE GONE – perfect for sensitive or reactive skin. Calming, gentle, and non-irritating.
DUAL ACT – brilliant for normal/combination skin wanting balance without tightness.

If you want personalised product advice, I’m always happy to match you with the right routine for your skin.

Curing erectile dysfunction (ED) naturally can involve several lifestyle changes and holistic approaches. Here are some effective strategies:

1. Healthy Diet: A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats can improve blood flow and lower the risk of ED. Foods high in antioxidants, such as berries and nuts, as well as those rich in omega-3 fatty acids, can be particularly beneficial.

2. Regular Exercise: Physical activity can enhance circulation, boost energy levels, and reduce stress, all of which can improve erectile function. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.

3. Maintain a Healthy Weight: Being overweight can contribute to ED. Losing excess weight through diet and exercise can help reverse ED symptoms.
4. Reduce Stress: Chronic stress can negatively impact sexual performance. Techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises can help reduce anxiety and stress levels.

5. Limit Alcohol and Quit Smoking: Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can impair blood flow and lead to ED. Moderation or cessation can make a significant difference in erectile health.

6. Herbal Supplements: Certain herbs, like ginseng, ginkgo biloba, and maca root, may help boost libido and improve erectile function. However, it’s essential to consult a healthcare professional before starting any herbal supplements.

7. Adequate Sleep: Poor sleep patterns can lead to hormonal imbalances that affect erectile function. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
8. Stay Hydrated: Dehydration can affect various bodily functions, including sexual performance. Drinking enough water daily is essential for overall health.

These natural remedies can be effective, but it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice, especially if ED persists or is accompanied by other health issues. Hippie Tea and Herbal Blends
