If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a bit stuck, you’re not alone. Having a space to talk things through can really help you start to make sense of things — at your own pace.

A little bit about me…
I have 12 years’ experience combined across NHS psychology services and private practice.
My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw on different approaches depending on what works best for you — there’s no “one size fits all”. I work collaboratively, checking in regularly so we can shape the work together in a way that feels helpful.
I’m warm, calm and easy going in my style, and I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy — there’s space for humour and real connection too.
I have a particular interest in working in a neurodivergent-affirmative way, and in supporting parents with their mental health and wellbeing, especially those navigating additional needs within the family.
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and at your pace — there’s no pressure, and no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, with morning, afternoon and some evening spaces.
Initial session: £25
Ongoing sessions: £55 (limited concessions available)
