I’m going to be sharing more posts about the areas I work with clients. One of the most common areas I support is anxiety.
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, and over time it can quietly shrink your world.
Are you struggling with rumination, exhausting overthinking, or finding yourself using avoidance to cope? Is anxiety starting to get in the way of living your life in the way you want to?
I work with OCD, generalised anxiety, panic, and specific phobias.
I’m Level 6 CBT qualified (alongside my Masters degree) and use evidence-based approaches, often integrating CBT with other therapeutic models where appropriate, so support is always tailored to you as an individual.
My practice is neuroaffirmative where relevant, and I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where we can work together at your pace—without pressure.
