I am finding more and more people are trying the holistic approach for their own health. This is fabulous. Of course if we need medical advice then you should always seek help from a professional medic. The main aim for holistic therapy is to calm the whole body, not just one area, it works on relaxing the mind body and spirit. Holistic therapy is having a positive effect working side by side with traditional medicine.
Choosing the correct treatment is important though for addressing particular health issues. It is not a quick fix. Nothing is. Our bodies are a work in progress.
Look after your body because we only get one!
