This client came to me with pain, weakness and restricted range of motion in his shoulder around 90⁰-100⁰ of abduction, so i worked on relieving tension around the shoulder and surrounding areas using some muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, myofacial release followed by post treatment advice for at home. After his first session we saw a big improvement in his range of motion getting to around 140⁰ before pain. He came back to me yesterday and we added some Cupping to the treatment plan!
