✨️ If more people understood that childhood trauma can keep you stuck in survival mode well into adulthood, it could open the door for many to begin their journey of inner healing. ✨️

✨ My work goes far beyond massages and facials.
As a spiritual holistic therapist, I create a sacred space for deep healing. Through intuitive massage and energy work, I help release stagnant pain held in the body not just physical, but emotional and energetic too.

Each session is guided by presence, nurturing, and soul connection. I become what you may need in that moment a grounding friend, a motherly presence, a safe mirror so you feel held, seen, and supported.

This is more than self-care, it’s soul care. ✨
