🏠 All residents in older adult care homes, regardless of age

The flu vaccine reduces the risk of becoming seriously unwell, needing hospital care or developing complications – especially for older adults and those with health conditions.

Children under 6 will now be offered the MMRV (measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox) vaccine as part of the NHS childhood vaccination programme.

The MMR vaccine is still available for those born on or before 31 December 2019 who were not vaccinated when they were younger.
