South Moor Lodge Care Home South Moor Lodge is a residential and dementia care home for the elderly, in the village of Walkeringham.

By prioritising our people, our mission is to provide the highest standards of care, to as many elderly residents as possible. South Moor Lodge is an excellent residential and dementia care home for the elderly, in the village of Walkeringham, on the border of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. South Moor Lodge Care Home is centred around an old nineteenth century barn that has been extensively modernised. The property is situated within two acres of landscaped grounds and surrounded by countryside. There are 40 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, and most are situated on the ground floor. Having recently undergone a programme of refurbishments the home now offers five different reception rooms including a cinema room and a conservatory.

Hi everyone👋
We're wondering if there's anyone in our local area who runs a 'Singing for Dementia' group who might be interested in coming into our home to start a regular session with our residents. We feel this kind of activity would be incredibly beneficial and enjoyable for them, and we'd love to explore the possibility of starting somthing up.
