My name is Agnieszka Grybska and I am a Master of Physiotherapy by education.

In addition, I completed the Sports Massage and Swedish Massage courses at Manchester School of Massage, which gives me the qualifications of a qualified VTCT masseur. I am registered and insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I do full body or partial massage depending on individual needs. I offer massage:

Relaxing - characterized by slow and gentle movements aimed at relaxing and calming the body;

Therapeutic - using techniques with increased pressure to reduce muscle tension and pain relief. Indian Head Massage [IHM] - relaxing massage of the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders

Deep Tissue Massage - the purpose of the massage is to change the structure and limitations of muscle mobility by relaxing and lengthening them. The effect is to reduce pain, restore better posture, and increase flexibility and smoothness of movement. Candling [Hopi Ear Candle]
