My name is Agnieszka Grybska and I am a Master of Physiotherapy by education.

In addition, I completed the Sports Massage and Swedish Massage courses at Manchester School of Massage, which gives me the qualifications of a qualified VTCT masseur. I am registered and insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I do full body or partial massage depending on individual needs. I offer massage:

Relaxing - characterized by slow and gentle movements aimed at relaxing and c

alming the body;

Therapeutic - using techniques with increased pressure to reduce muscle tension and pain relief. Indian Head Massage [IHM] - relaxing massage of the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders

Deep Tissue Massage - the purpose of the massage is to change the structure and limitations of muscle mobility by relaxing and lengthening them. The effect is to reduce pain, restore better posture, and increase flexibility and smoothness of movement. Candling [Hopi Ear Candle]

My name is Agnieszka Grybska and I am Armthorpe based fully qualified Massage Therapist.

I have completed the Swedish Massage training at the Manchester School of Massage and received VTCT qualifications.

I offer professional relaxing and therapeutic massage:

• Relaxing / Swedish Massage involves working the soft tissue of the body, to ease day-to-day stresses and muscular tension, and promote relaxation. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.

• Deep Tissue Massage, which concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body and is recommended by many doctors as a treatment option. By using deep finger pressure and slow, firm strokes, deep tissue massage is used to treat a variety of physical ailments. Deep Tissue Massage reduces chronic pain, improves blood pressure, helps to relax and stretch muscles.
