Needing some time to invest in you as we surrender to winter? You might be like me and find that you need more rest and sleep when we have shorter days. Celebrating a very sacred day of the goddess, the divine feminine 🌹

held such a beautiful space for us to honour today with Mama Cacao ☕️🌰🌱

There was so much releasing of grief for me personally, as I am going through a massive change in my life. Moving out my sacred temple into a life on the road!
So blessed and grateful for the strong, wise women in my life. The creations we are weaving are so powerful and inspirational. The womb is an infinite source of love. Holding our babies. Forgiving the loss of our spirit babies. Thank you endlessly for our Mother Earth for holding our global tribe. One Love ❤️✨

Moon Medicine 🌙✨

A little introduction to our project and movement, Moon Medicine. Valuing creativity and community. Bringing holistic and complementary therapies together with creative and spiritual events.

As always I still offer my energy therapy and coaching, which is the most valuable of my offers, where we dive deep into your unique divine energy to embody more compassion, resilience, courage, confidence and build up more capacity to love the self and the world around us. Very excited about this event on 29th of September ✨

FREE entry, with lots of gifts and offers from fantastic healers and therapists. I will be hosting a holistic health workshop to help reduce anxiety and stress for ALL. This will include breathwork, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), guided meditation and a shamanic journey. All with beautiful healing sounds as well as techniques you can use in your health toolkit for regular practice and times in need. All methods have been researched and supported by experts ✨

I will share more about my workshop very soon!

It’s a free entry & free parking event for all the family. We have an ice cream van, face painter and a large children’s play area. All proceeds from the tea & coffee sales on the day will go to the Firefly & Mayflower Animal Sanctuary Charities. As well as amazing stalls we also have talks & demos by 4 very special people.

Reminder of this meeting today! We still have some spaces left if you’d like to join us for a therapeutic and loving space for ALL women of ALL ages to have a magical and transformative experience of womanhood. Sister circles are sacred and very healing for the community. This is our birthright and has been forgotten in our heavy masculine and individual western society. It’s a space for women to come back to our gentle essence and explore our inner worlds. We have permission to share our voice in a non-judgemental space with other like-minded women 💞 get in touch if you’d like to come along on your own or with someone you love!
