Relax, restore, revitalise ✨

Needing some time to invest in you as we surrender to winter? You might be like me and find that you need more rest and sleep when we have shorter days. I find all the high energy of the festive seasons can be out of alignment for what my body, mind and soul really needs to honour our natural rhythms.

Celebrating a very sacred day of the goddess, the divine feminine 🌹

held such a beautiful space for us to honour today with Mama Cacao ☕️🌰🌱

There was so much releasing of grief for me personally, as I am going through a massive change in my life. Moving out my sacred temple into a life on the road!
So blessed and grateful for the strong, wise women in my life. The creations we are weaving are so powerful and inspirational. The womb is an infinite source of love. Holding our babies. Forgiving the loss of our spirit babies. Thank you endlessly for our Mother Earth for holding our global tribe. One Love ❤️✨

Moon Medicine 🌙✨

A little introduction to our project and movement, Moon Medicine. Valuing creativity and community. Bringing holistic and complementary therapies together with creative and spiritual events.

As always I still offer my energy therapy and coaching, which is the most valuable of my offers, where we dive deep into your unique divine energy to embody more compassion, resilience, courage, confidence and build up more capacity to love the self and the world around us. Learning to co-create a space/environment for your unique and personal growth.
