Please help me congratulate one of our incredible Kirk Sandall Thursday morning members Clare. I’m so very proud of Clare! Losing weight hasn’t always been straightforward for her, since diabetes means she has to constantly regulate her insulin levels in order to keep well. Thanks to their partnership with Diabetes UK, Slimming World offers lots of support, advice & delicious recipes. I’m so proud to be able to support members with diabetes in both my Kirk Sandall and Barnby Dun groups and show it is not a barrier to losing weight!💪

Well done Nicola - that’s amazing! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

‘I refused to be invisible!’

Nicola felt unprepared for how the menopause affected her – she was constantly exhausted and felt invisible to the world. Then she joined Slimming World ❤️.
