Wild Orange is 9 years old today. 💛

What a beautiful journey it has been. I feel so grateful for all the incredible people I’ve met along the way, the lessons that have shaped me, and the moments that have made this path so meaningful.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been worth it. Thank you to everyone who has supported, shared, and been part of the Wild Orange story.

Here’s to growth, connection, and many more years ahead. 🙏✨

After some time away to rest, reflect and recharge, I’m now back and easing gently back into the rhythm of things. 🌿

I’ve been thinking a lot about balance lately — the beautiful flow between Wild Orange and Poppy Jasper, and how both continue to grow and evolve in their own way.

I’m really looking forward to the months ahead, with some lovely workshops and gatherings planned for April and May.

Wild Orange is currently closed due to holidays.
I’ll be back w/c 30th March
Practice self -care, it’s not selfish it’s necessary .
Even starting by scheduling in 5 to 10 mins a day can be beneficial.

Spring doesn’t rush… and yet, everything begins. 🌱

Today I noticed the first green shoots pushing up through the soil. Tiny. Tender. Quietly determined.

They don’t force their way through.
They don’t compare themselves to the flowers beside them.
They simply respond to warmth, light, and the right timing.

There’s something deeply mindful about spring.
Growth is happening beneath the surface long before we see it.

If you’re in a season of slow beginnings…
If you feel like you’re “not there yet”…
Remember the shoots.

Roots grow first.
Strength gathers underground.
Change is often invisible before it becomes visible.

Take a moment today:
• Notice one small sign of growth around you
• Acknowledge one small area of growth within you
• Breathe in the fresh, cool air of a new season

You don’t have to bloom all at once.
Gentle beginnings count. 🌿

Taking time for self -care , reading, maybe with your favourite hobby, a walk or simply resting .
Catching up on some household chores or decluttering.

Whatever you find yourself doing , aim to do it mindfully. Connect with your senses. One activity /one task at a time.

How are you really feeling?

Whether this first week has felt energising, emotional, quiet, or a little messy—there’s no right or wrong way to begin. The new year isn’t a race. It’s an unfolding.

Instead of asking “What should I be achieving by now?”, try asking:
🌿 What do I need more of this year?
🌿 What would help me feel a little more grounded today?

Small intentions matter. Gentle starts count. And every day is another invitation to choose kindness towards yourself.

What intention are you holding as we step into week two?
Mine is to walk every day , sometimes that’s 5 mins and sometimes it’s 30mins.
