I had a fabulous day yesterday at the Pregnancy Retreat Birth-hood talking about the benefits of reflexology during pregnancy and teaching hand reflexology techniques for self help to support stress, anxiety and digestive health.

I've been busy today finalising my reflexology taster session for the Pregnancy Retreat next week, organised by the lovely Leanne (hypnobirthing expert and Doula) at Birth-hood. I'm so excited and cannot wait to meet everyone.

There are still a few places available so get booking. There's an amazing itinerary for the day, delicious lunch, loads of knowledge and experience to share and a chance to meet new people. The retreat is set in a beautiful lodge in the heart of Leicestershire. Don't miss out!!

Maria Caulfield MP and Minister for Women, Mental Health and Strategy, mentioned reflexology positively in relation to management of the menopause during an interview on BBC breakfast this morning. 🤗🙌

She also referred to plans for new proposed women's health hubs.

Definitely positive steps in the right direction 🦶🦶
