🕤 Saturdays at 9:30am

A new block of 6 free NHS yoga sessions begins today.
Referral via your GP surgery is required.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and for people living with pain, stress, or long-term health conditions. We use a gentle, breath-led approach to help you move safely, reduce tension, and improve everyday function.

Led by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Viniyoga therapist, combining clinical knowledge with traditional yoga therapy in a calm and supportive environment.

Happy Self Love Day.

This is for those who are teetering on the edge, holding things together by a thread, struggling, juggling work, schooling and family…life.
Those who put themselves at the bottom of the list (sometimes not even on the list at all).

Hold your hands at your heart, close your eyes, picture yourself and say;

“I Love mySelf.”

Stay with that feeling, hold it there, embrace and resonate with it, without judgement, without condition, without guilt.

Self love is vital. Don’t confuse this with ego driven narcissistic self love but Kind, Compassionate, Nourishing Self-love that allows you to truly and unapologetically acknowledge that you are deserving of your love. The love that is outpoured to others without hesitation.

You are unique and deserving of your own love, without validation.

The love you then share is authentic and powerful because you have experienced it for yourself.
