We are currently seeking to recruit Two compassionate and flexible Heads of Care to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established home that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily care operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

*NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
*Experience in a senior care role within a residential setting
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent knowledge of care standards and regulations
*Compassionate, organised, and committed to high-quality care
*Good communication and problem-solving abilities
