Dorchester Breastfeeding Group is on today as usual between 10.30 and 12. Pop along to Dorchester Youth & Community Centre to meet others, chat and get free breastfeeding support if you need it. Older siblings, as always, are more than welcome and we have plenty of toys, games and space. (It's also nice and cool!)

We are a very relaxed, free, informal baby group where parents can chat, are offered a cup of tea and a biscuit and babies and older children can play. Trained peer supporters are available to listen and support with breastfeeding when needed 🙂

Are you pregnant and planning to breastfeed or want to know more? Coming along to the group can be a great way to meet other parents, ask questions and find out where to come if you did need any support later on. Pop in anytime to say hello!

We support and celebrate all aspects of your breastfeeding journey whatever that may look like for you; if you’re feeding a 2 week old or a 2 year old, if you’re exclusively pumping or exclusively breastfeeding, or if you'd just like to know more about breastfeeding. Come along and say hello!

Directions: From Lubbecke Way, take the first turning on the right - before the ambulance station. Park anywhere in the main carpark for Dorset Community and Youth Centre, or drive through to the smaller section right outside the front door. (It's not the Youth Association building, which is further down the same road!)

First heatwave of the year about to hit the UK

If you get an unexpected green poo in this hot spell in the UK, don't panic. It's due to the composition of milk changing to meet needs. As long as all else is ok, it's not a problem
