Heart-led Fire Activation Meditation

A goal for me for many years has been to learn to receive as well as give. The reasons behind over giving are usually quite complex and although anchored with loving intentions, are also blended with fear, unhelpful beliefs and wiring that could do with a dollop of help.

Yesterday I had a beautiful day. I am very particular about where I feel comfortable going to receive, in the same way that I am VERY particular about the details and approach in my own work when I am privileged to give to others.

Thank you deeply The Budding Minds for an exquisite Beltane blessing in the woods yesterday.

My nervous system LOVED it! The sounds, the smells, the nurture. It was very well received.

Lucky for me, it happened to also be Wild Ways & Lazy Days soul sister circle last night too which is like a witchy WI. Seasonal living, bring and share community hosted with perfection by EmmaJo.

The moon was stunning too! Looked like a sunset.

After also delivering my first session for the meditation and hypnosis for health course yesterday (which was absolutely amazing, with a really lovely group), I fell asleep a very happy girl.
