I got in my car last night after the loveliest evening at the monthly Soul Circle gathering (hosted by the amazing Wild Ways & Lazy Days EmmaJo - please check it out and come next time if you would like).

I glanced over at the passenger seat and smiled. This so represents me. 😂

A not terribly organised bag, with a weighted blanket, a plant, some lavender sprigs, and a journal.

Sunday Soother:

Let's normalise the norm. The fact we fluctuate constantly in our wellbeing, our mood, energy levels, abilities and health.

I feel like we all have an underlying sense that we have been 'told' there is a 'happily ever after' state some have achieved, and we should all be doing the same. The truth is, every chapter has potential for all the many waves we can feel. Things can be excruciatingly hard whilst also fulfilling. Joyful and exhausting. Every day and extraordinary.

Today's YouTube video explores how there will always be value where you are, and if we let go of trying to write off the days we are tired, snappy or low then we may ease some of the suffering they can bring.

You are allowed to be where you are. This place matters. It's safe to ride all the waves. You are enough. This is enough. x x x
