IRONMAN Europe returns to Dorset on Sunday 15 September! The 70.3 mile triathlon will see athletes from across the globe competing in the ultimate one-day test of endurance. 🚲 🏊 🏃

This page never fails to inspire me! Alex shares the most wonderful images of people competing at Masters athletics tournaments.
In physiotherapy we talk to people constantly about exercises and the value of remaining active throughout their lives: to able to walk the dog, w**d the garden, and climb the stairs. And perhaps to become a competitive athlete too!

When it's January, the days are short and it's cold outside (and yes, I prefer the cold to the wet!!).
At this time of year, I get a bit obsessive about the time of sunrise and sunset: today, there are only 8 hours and 19 minutes of precious daylight.
I've been learning more about the importance of daylight and circadian rhythms, and am trying to make the most of light exposure to improve my mood.
What tips do you have to survive the winter?
